Billy is fantastic and I would highly recommend starting your fitness journey with him. He is the fourth online coach I have tried and the only one I have stuck too. He is honest, patient, consistent and pushes you to do your best. I have lost weight and now enjoy exercising 4 times a week. You will not regret starting your journey with Billy.

I've worked with Billy now for almost 18 months and have lost just over 2 stone and built muscle whilst losing fat. I just cannot recommend him enough to potential clients, he is warm, funny and really dedicated to his clients, he definitely knows his stuff and I have never been fitter or stronger in my life! I love the clients socials that are organized as well as the walks and boot camp sessions that go ahead too. It's a great community to be part of.

Within less than 3 months of working with Billy I've lost over a stone and I wouldn't have been able to do it without his knowledge. I was at a loss on how to loose weight and get in better shape in a way that was sustainable and felt enjoyable! Billy has showed me exactly what I need to do in a fun and positive way!
Before working with Billy I felt overwhelmed and intimidated by all the equipment and exercises at the Gym. But Billy breaks everything down in a way that's SO easy to understand and now I feel confident navigating the gym and now love love love going.
One thing I've found super helpful is the accountability. Billy doesn't just support me in my weekly PT sessions but he holds me accountable every step of the way, whether it's checking in on my nutrition, tracking my progress, or offering words of encouragement when I need them most. Knowing that he's in my corner has been a game-changer for staying on track and pushing through those tough moments for sure!!

I cannot rate Billy highly enough. Having spent years on and off diets, I had got completely lost with what food was good for me, what exercises to do. I felt like being happy in my body was a lost cause. Then I engaged with Billy Shepherd Health and Fitness and can honestly say the 11 weeks have been a game changer. I love the gym now and feel confident to lift weights - I am enjoying a variety of food, as well as being able to eat out too. I don't feel deprived and feel that I am making lifestyle changes that are sustainable whilst losing weight, sleeping better, and having more energy.
It's so much more than a physical change it's a mental change and the support, knowledge and expertise from Billy is the key to my success

Billy is an exceptional coach. His love for his job, life generally & fine dining restaurants (?) is infectious and caught my interest when I was looking online for what I thought would be the next diet/gym “phase” having let myself slip post baby and having also yo-yo’d with my weight all my life. What I actually discovered was that Billy isn’t offering that, he is offering clients the tools & unwavering support to genuinely help themselves in the long term. It’s realistic coaching that fits with having a life (and a love of fine dining restaurants, wine and toast - sorry, Billy, toast was always going to feature here!) and the changes feel subtle at first (which also feels radical when you’re used to crash diets/more extreme methods) but with his support I have changed my whole approach to eating, indulgence and health and fitness in a sustainable way. He never once made me feel judged or like I’d failed for “falling off the wagon”, instead he helped me to see that by isolating those slip ups and getting back to overall healthy living was all I needed to do…rather than my previous default which was to write off all the efforts I’d made up to that point and continue off on a period of high calorie bingeing with little exercise thrown in which undid any gains I’d made. He’s on hand for his clients consistently & leads by example which is inspiring. Lastly, he’s a fan of the Peak District which means he’s sound as far as I’m concerned ?. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

While also helping to pass on wisdom which can be taken on when you seek independence. Bill isn’t perfect but him knowing this and his passion to learn and share makes him so good.

Education, education education, that's what I've got from being with Billy. I have to make the final decision on whether I go on that walk or not, go to the gym, have that dessert at the restaurant when I don't really need it, those are all my choices, but the difference now is, I'm informed as to the outcome of those decisions before I make them and that's changed my mindset.
I feel healthier, I'm happier about how I look, clothes I've not been able to wear for years I can now wear again and look and feel great on me, even my family have commented on how good and healthy I look. I'm definitely fitter and stronger, I've also lost 24lbs in less than 4 months yet still had a life. The difference this time is I don't feel restricted and I'm being educated in how to sustain it and that's game changing for me.
To sum up, Billy makes this a personal relationship with him and I feel he's invested in me as much as I've invested in him, so to anyone who's undecided, I'd say do it and you won't look back but just be sure you're ready to put in the work, as with everything in life, you will only get out what you put in.
