I started doing Angela’s classes when I was only a few months pregnant and have continued with the post natal classes. Angela is one of the best Pilates instructors that you’ll find! As a physio and Pilates instructor myself I know Angela works at a very high standard. An hour of an intentional Pilates focussed workout focusing on stability, strength, balance & lower abdominal work (the list goes on) has been absolutely amazing and I have benefitted so much both during and after pregnancy and also made a few mum friends along the way. Being able to bring the baby to the session is also great!

I am currently attending Angela’s prenatal classes and they are the highlight of my week! Angela is a fantastic teacher and is conscious of my personal limitations (with PGP) and provides alternative exercises / support as needed. I was a little nervous as I haven’t done any classes since my first was born but I needn’t have worried - Angela is so open and welcoming. It’s also been a great opportunity to meet some other local mums / mums to be!

The sessions are so much more than just a Pilates class and I’m excited to continue classes once baby has arrived.

I've attended classes with Angela, on zoom and then in person in her studio, since early 2021 when I was pregnant with my first child.

I honestly could not recommend more highly! I can't imagine my pregnancy and postnatal recovery journeys without Angela and her amazing expertise, knowledge and wisdom. I have always felt so safe in her hands, and have always looked forward to her classes. She goes beyond the pilates to support birth preparation and is also great at fostering community amongst the people attending the classes.

I have been lucky to have straightforward births with both of my children and both times the midwives have commented on my strength and control. I believe this is 100% down to Angela and her classes and I'm so thankful for them and for the friend who recommended them to me!

I am currently attending Angela's pre-natal Pilates classes and couldn't recommend highly enough!

Angela creates a welcoming and warm environment and immediately puts people at ease. As a first-time mum-to-be this has meant a huge amount to me and her encouragement, expertise and practical advice has helped me to become less anxious about the changes my body is going through during pregnancy.

As a keen sports player, Angela's focus on building strength, balance and flexibility for pregnancy, birth preparation and beyond is invaluable.

I’m new to Pilates and have started attending Angela’s evening classes. Angela is really encouraging, giving lots of advice and support. I feel a real sense of achievement after the class, I’m tested but can take things at my pace if needed. I’m a Pilates convert , and can’t recommend these classes enough for a newbie like me, or someone more experienced I think you’ll love it.

Angela is friendly, professional and super knowledgeable about her work. I've been going to her prenatal pilates classes for both my first and second pregnancies, and each time I've come out more confident, feeling stronger, relaxed and better prepared for birth. I thoroughly enjoyed attending Angela’s prenatal Pilates classes. She is very warm and open and will suggest alternative exercises for people based on their needs. I really appreciated when she would walk round and make tweaks / adjustments to people’s postures. It’s these little things that really made a difference and what I miss from doing online sessions.

Attending the classes also opened up a new network for me, which being new to the area has really helped.

I’m looking forward to attending Angela’s post natal classes!

I attended Angela's prenatal Pilates classes from the 18th week of my second pregnancy until the 40th and enjoyed every one. She is an excellent instructor, really motivating and also extremely personable. Thanks to Angela, I felt fit and strong throughout my pregnancy and only wish I had attended her classes when I was pregnant with my first baby. The difference was incredible! I am now attending her postnatal classes and will be recommending them to any local friends who become pregnant.
