Vision Board Workshop
I really enjoyed the day - it was so much more than a Vision Board. Ali is so wonderful at using a bit of science, meditation, other exercises, and discussion to really gain very useful insights into my life. This all culminated in putting together a powerful visual finished product. I had huge doubts about whether I could produce anything meaningful, but the finished product certainly exceeded my expectations and still is making me smile. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking to have insight into their life and make improvements.

The vision board workshop with Ali was one of the best things I have done - it definitely sparked something within me!
It’s the perfect place to be inspired, explore goals and dreams and learn ways to stay motivated!

I recently attended Ali's vision board workshop and throughly enjoyed it. I didn't really know what to expect and wasn't sure if it was for me or not! Within the first few minutes I felt at ease as Ali has a natural warmth that helped me relax. I loved doing something different, having time out for myself and refelcting on the past few months. It helped put things into perspective, offered guidance to move forward positively and reignited my spark for enjoying the present day and looking forward to future plans. I literally felt like I had glitter running through my veins afterwards!! Thank you.

Recently attended an on-line vision board session with Ali. It was informative and lots of fun. It was lovely to connect with others too and share our recent experiences during this strange time. Ali provided a safe space for us to be open with each other and helped us relax into the session with a wonderful mediation. Thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend.

I have taken part in several of Ali's workshops and they're fantastic. Not only do you gain an insight into yourself, your blocks and your real wants and needs, but you are shown ways to achieve your desires. Beware, what you think you want isn't always what you really need! 😀 Plus, you meet fantastic people and have huge amounts of fun. I attend whenever I can and I absolutely recommend it.

Recently attended Ali's Abundance workshop. I don't often do things like this and didn't know what to expect but I really enjoyed it and still feel focused and empowered everytime I see my vision board 💪 i felt at ease from the moment I walked in and the ideas and concepts explored throughout the workshop are SO relevant and applicable to everyday life.
