From my very first visit, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the genuinely friendly staff who make you feel like part of a fitness family. I live in Anglesey north Wales, and I can't recommend Elite Physiques enough Shaun took the time for a phone consultation took all my details and did me a diet plan and a training plan. He is always at the end of the phone for advice and encouraging words, I have lost 10 kg up to know and feel great and more energy then I've ever had. Thank you Shaun.

Fantastic gym to go to, great care shown to gym members here cannot fault this gym, been coming here for about 2 years and have made serious gains under Shaun’s guidance. 48kg to 67kg in less than 2 years and without any belly fat 💪. Always treated like family here and always a good vibe when I go there, will never go to another gym Aslong as this one is open

Top notch gym all round. Great staff, great members and much better kit than most other places. Overall is clean, tidy and has a polite atmosphere. You'll never go back to your busy sub-par commercial gyms after here!
