I submitted a query months ago. I was called by the sales team on a very regular basis. Then I signed up. Once I signed up the level of customer service has declined on a daily basis. It has literally gotten worse and a week after attending my course I am still not able to complete my certification due to their incompetence.

Wouldnt recommend, they sell products that they can not provide; online courses to softwares without their trail users, hence you have to have an account with a 3rd side. They do not mention it when you buy the course and are impossible to reach after. Stay away.

George Dunham saved my training worrys.
I was due to take the ITIL Exam, and had issues with the course work provided,

I was worried at 1st that I was not going to get the correct corse work for my Exam, but George was amaizng at keeping me updated throhgout the process and made me feel safe the service,

I have now got all the exam coruse work I will need and my Exam is booked up, but only thanks to Geroge's hard work at getting me the correct reosuces,

I had booked the same exam in the past and was provided with outdated study work dating from 2019 (was taken in 2024) and Geroge has resloved this for me and gone above and beyound so thank you.

Rebecca Ferguson was an excellent customer care representative and made my experience with the Knowledge Academy the reason why I'm leaving such a positive review. Due to some health issues I requested an extension on my exam vouchers and within an hour she got in contact with the Exam body team and PeopleCert and arranged everything for me without asking any further questions. Very happy with the customer experience provided by her and would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

I am a senior charity sector professional and have increasingly been doing roles which involves PM.
After doing some research online, I queried KA online about their Prince2 Foundation course.
I had the most horrific experience with KA, when one of their Account Managers, Vikram Grewal from their Bracknell branch called me yesterday.
From the outset, he was extremely aggressive, rude and trying to hard sell. Telling me I had to decide by this Fri! The worst bit came when I asked him to send me an email with options available for me to consider and he responded saying no he couldn’t and asking me if I even had the money to spend for the course?!!! I was gobsmacked and ended the call.
TBH the whole experience has left me feeling rather shaken. This was escalated to his Manager but I haven’t even received as much as an apology as yet!

The guys at Knowledge Academy are lovely, at first i was skeptical about TKA but getting onboard and the wonderful service i have got from them i would recommend them anytime anyday. The trainers are also good at their job and facilitating seamless learning.
