I absolutely love this group. You are made to feel at home from your first class. It doesn't matter your age or ability as the exercises are adapted to work around your ability. My children also attend the kids class and are always excited to attend each week and love telling me what skills they have learned that week. You really could not ask for anything more, all the instructors are fantastic.

Brilliant classes for children and adults. The children's classes have helped my daughter gain confidence, make friends and how to defend herself. The ladies classes are brilliant aswell. Very welcoming and friendly. Couldn't recommend enough 🙂

Highly recommend Ash Herron academy. Such a good fitness work out and love learning new skills, hand drills, kicks & self defence. Really missed it over lock down & can't wait to get back.
