Nina’s Sunday yoga class really is the highlight of my week. Her classes always seem to offer just what I need whether that be a slower paced session with more focus on breathing or a faster energising class. Her workshops are also beautiful and bring together a lovely group of people. I’m so happy I found Nina.

From the outset of meeting Nina she just knew me, knew my levels of commitment are high & I gained huge dividends from attending all of her classes. Her style of yoga combines great levels of muscle conditioning and strengthening with fantastic levels depth, insight & meditation. All kinds of planning must go into her sessions from the breathing techniques to the inspirational quotes and moves presented. To have met such a lovely, kind lady like Nina is such an honour, she will be forever imprinted on my mind such has been th impact.

Love Nina's classes and day retreats. She is the funniest and least serious yoga teacher I know and I always come away from a class feeling better and with a smile on my face ☺️ ❤️ Very professional and always comes up with new ideas for special events. We made a beautiful Christmas mobile at the last day retreat 🎄

I have been doing yoga classes with Nina for a few years now and I really enjoy the Sunday morning class. The venue is warm and cosy and the bonus of free parking. Classes are always engaging and with the addition of aroma diffusers and essential oils adds a special touch. Nina also offers wonderful, deeply relaxing holistic treatments. A bespoke service with outstanding attention to detail.
