One of the best in the country.

I had such a good experience coming to this gym during my week in Carlisle.
Pete gave me a complete tour of the facility on arrival, which gave me a great first impression. He also addressed me by name, which doesn't sound like much, but makes a big difference! Thanks Pete 🙂

The gym itself is large, and has all types of walls from comp to cave, slab, aretes, circuits and even has three training boards (plus another campus board).
There is so much to try.

I probably won't be back to Carlisle anytime soon, but I know where I'm visiting if I ever return.

Really friendly crew. Hadn't climbed in years so had an induction, this was simple and informative without being patronizing.
If you pay to climb you can go back throughout the day, not just a timed session like most places these days. Would recommend for beginners and experts alike.

Absolutely brilliant, my son has been going to the kids climbing club for years and really enjoys it. A great team with great instructors, and a great climbing layout that regularly changes with a wide range of difficulties. Really good food and drink as well

Came here today with my 5 year old daughter ..

She had a great time , the instructor was excellent with her , really reassuring and filled her full of confidence.

We've booked to come again.

Good facilities. it's a clean , safe and friendly environment.

Cafe is fantastic, had a lovely wee traybake and a ice cream .

The menu looked appetising. I will definitely give the pizza's and chips a blast in thr near future .

Grand bouldering venue with an abundant variety of problems to suit all abilities. The atmosphere is really good too. Been very taken with the Over 50s group on a Monday lunchtime. Much more satisfying than being burned off by the relative youngsters at the evening sessions 😅

Friendly gym with good range of climbs and good atmosphere and nice little training area. Including weights and even a barbell which you don't see all the time. I've only been once.. but I will definitely come again if I am in the area.

I thought the assisted pull up machine with a beast maker rigged on was a cool add on which I haven't seen before. Also, I really liked that there were some routes with some unique home crafted* wooden holds. Lots more to discover on my next visit would recommend 🙂

A wonderful find within Carlisle (opposite the Police HQ). You don’t need to be an expert, there’s something for all ages and skill level. A great workout, whilst learning and developing a new skill too. Pete was absolutely lovely, a real gent, very friendly, informative and accommodating to someone who was a complete novice. Will definitely visit again.

First time today with the family. Pete was fantastic, really encouraging with the kids and explained everything really well! The coffee was also great🙌🙌 definitely be back to enjoy this superb facility so close to home.
