Had the most warmest, and welcoming visit/ viewing at Kingston Court care home today. From the onset of speaking with Kim and Diane (staff) , my mother and I felt reassured by our visit, and had our faith restored in humanity when looking for long term care for my dad. As long time family carers.. All questions we had were listened to and answered and appreciated. We were not rushed and were given a generous time to share our story. Making the future seem more optimistic..and hopeful. Thankyou.

Amazing! Manager Kim and all the staff have been so welcoming, caring and helpful. They go out of their way to support and meet the need of individual residents. There is always someone to offer medical and practical support and even though they are extremely busy caring they give their time to chat and discuss anything that is on our minds or concerning us. Some fantastic building works in progress but this does not affect the warmth of this nursing home. We love the feeling of being part of a 'family' and even in this very difficult time for us the love we feel and security in knowing my husband is receiving person centred care with such dignity and respect. He feels safe his room is of an excellent standard with its own ensuite and view out of window. My husband and I thank Kim, the nurses and all the staff for being so lovely and striving to meet his needs as they tirelessly offer care to him and us as a family

I have worked here for 2 years and I have found the management team fair, friendly but firm. All care homes have their issues but I found Kingston Court to be the best care home I have worked in over the past 18 years.

From the day he arrived until his recent passing our Father received an exemplary level of care.

He was treated with kindness, patience, respect and dignity.

This establishment is more like a hotel than a care home. The rooms are very homely and in Dad’s particular room he had a view of a lovely garden area.

Kingston Court is such a lovely place, I have been working there for 17 happy years, the care staff are so friendly and helpful and kind which goes for every department, Activities, Kitchen, Domestics Laundry Nurses and led by wonderful Management, Kim and Caron, the Admin, Alex is first to meet all the Relatives and is always so helpful A lovely place to work and all our Residents are happy and well cared for,... full marks for our wonderful team❤️❤️

We cannot praise all the staff at Kingston enough. They recently looked after our friend Neil Blacklaws who was terminally ill. They were always kind, compassionate, caring and smiling. They took time to explain the care and painkillers they were administering to make him comfortable. Also giving hugs when needed. They are true Angels and an absolute credit to their profession in what must be a difficult job at times. Thank you all so very very much

My elderly parent was admitted in to Kingston Court following discharge from the hospital which was real shock. I have visited the home on numerous occasions at different times of the day over the last few months and all I can say I have found it a positive experience.
My parent is always clean and dressed, staff are caring and very friendly from the nurses, healthcare assistants, laundry and cleaning staff. Food seems to be of a high standard and although my parent is fussy the staff accommodate to this.
Staff keep me updated of any issues and the manager Kim has been very helpful in supporting us through this difficult time. I now can relax knowing my parent is safe and well cared for.

It’s a wonderful place to work and the team is great, the diversity of staff is wide ranging. People are friendly and the managers, Kim and Caron, are always there for you. Resident, visitor or staff.
