I have had Adam as a 1-2-1 PT for a year now, and I have seen myself become much fitter and stronger over recent months.

I hadn’t been to a gym before and wasn’t sure if I would manage, so I decided to get some 1-2-1 PT sessions with Adam.

I can’t thank Adam enough for the progress I have made, I’ve seen a big change in myself.

Adam is a great guy and supports you all the way.
