I’m an Iyengar yoga teacher but am also a regular and long standing student of the MDIY.
I’m so grateful for a wonderful fully equipped building that is so close to home. We have highly trained and experienced teachers who teach a choice of different classes that would suit everyone. There’s even a children’s/family class. I would thoroughly recommend trying a class.
