I highly recommend this group. Both of my children have been involved over the years. My youngest has just joined Squirrels. The leaders are hard working and so friendly, welcoming all of the children and teaching them lots of valuable life lessons and knowledge which isn’t always found in the classroom. They have brilliant activities for young, inquisitive minds. Fantastic group! ❤️💙🤎

I can highly recommend this group. My children have been going there since they were in Beavers. The leaders are dedicated and hard working and they are very inclusive and children with special educational needs and disabilities are welcomed. They put on a wide range of activities and the badge work really demonstrates to parents how capable our kids really are.

Great activities each week to work toward badges and leaders even ask the pack for their ideas regularly of what they’d like to do. It’s not just the regular sessions but also community events ie church events, food bank collections, Christmas party-bowling, St George’s day meet up- parade up the low to renew promises, kite flying and picnic, poppy parade, walks, camps. I think it gives the kids a real sense of pride and opportunities that they might not have done before.
Fully accepts SEN kids for who they are and are totally inclusive. All volunteers work hard to make this a welcoming club.

I started scouting at 5th Hyde 12 years ago and It’s the best thing i’ve ever done. Everyone is so welcoming and the friends I have made are now some of the most important people in my life. It’s given me a lot of confident and I have made lots of amazing memories. I couldn’t ask for better leaders or people who volunteer there, they have all helped me so much.
