David has a profound depth of knowledge and experience in Tai Chi and it’s associated disciplines.
He uses Tai Chi methods to help his students to improve their health and sense of well-being.
Always personable, encouraging and supportive; David has effectively adapted his teaching to move it online. He offers different classes for those with a deeper interest in Tai Chi but is always prepared to start from the beginning for those new to the art.
I highly recommend David’s classes to anyone who has aspirations to improve their physical and mental state.

Mindful Tai Chi has been an absolute blessing during these difficult times. David teaches in a relaxed and confident manner. He moves the sessions along to suit the needs of his students. I recommend Mindful Tai Chi to all ages but especially to older students it helps mobility and core strength but also gives lessons in calming the mind and dealing with stress.

I have been attending David's classes for 2-3 years and my balance, core strength and flexibility have greatly improved. The classes are very enjoyable, both pre lockdown and using Zoom during lockdown. David is a very good teacher and is encouraging and patient as well as being clear and informative. He has certainly helped me to understand the value of Tai Chi in everyday life. I would thoroughly recommend these classes.

David is an expert practitioner with great enthusiasm for Tai Chi and his teaching manner is really relaxed and friendly. When Covid-19 restrictions began, classes moved online via Zoom and, for me, work just as well. There are even upsides – attending virtually means not being limited geographically and I can now fit in an extra class each week from a choice of five. Classes are always fun as well as greatly beneficial for mind, body and spirit and are a real benefit in these days of social restrictions and limitations. Thanks, David!

Mindful Tai Chi is an excellent way to improve your mind and body. I was referred to David by my GP after a long illness and his tuition has helped tremendously in my recovery. I wish I had started practicing Tai Chi 25 years ago with David! I thoroughly recommend his classes.

Mindful Tai Chi is a great way of improving your physical fitness and mental stamina. Delivered through a sequence of gentle but focussed movements, Mindful Tai Chi helps you improve the strength and flexibility of your body, the precision of your balance, and the effectiveness of your breathing. Under the expert guidance of David Lipka, a practitioner of Tai Chi for nearly forty years, the class I attend in Maltby provides a friendly and supportive environment for learning this ancient Chinese System. There is even a cup of tea or coffee at half-time. Sometimes you get cake too! Excellent.

I attended David's class in Rotherham on Monday mornings 11am to 12-30pm ..
We are a very friendly group of people and all enjoy the class. I have be going for around 3years now.
The class has helped me a lot with my balance and conference. I had left my job due to I'll health and had lost all my conference!! Couldn't get on a bus on my own and was afraid to walk into a room filled with people. I felt very a lone and on my own!! I attended my first class by meeting a friend outside the hall where the class was held.
After only a few weeks I could feel myself changing. Feeling myself getting stronger and in more control of my life style once again. I would strongly advice people to try Tai-chi for them self's
