I’ve been coming to Joanne for a couple of years now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I go for reflexology every 3-4 weeks to help relax, destress and to aid with long term pain in one of my feet. I wouldn’t be without my treatments and would recommend Joanne!

Thoroughly enjoyed my full body, hot stone massage from Joanne. I visit every month for a treat of either 1 hour or 90minutes to help with fibromyalgia symptoms. As always, I left feeling relaxed and pain free. I have been attending The Full Spectrum Centre for years and have recommended to people I know. I can't recommend Joanne highly enough. Had the most relaxing and stress relieving treatment from Joanne at The Full Spectrum. This was over an hour of pure bliss in wonderful tranquil settings. It involved massage, facial crystal treatment and Indian head massage. Joanne checks every step of the way that you are comfortable. The Stress Buster treatment did exactly that and I felt rested, relaxed and reposed. Highly recommend Joanne and The Full Spectrum for your self care, holistic and well being needs.

Joanne is a wonderful teacher and course facilitator. Her courses are extremely informative and I immediately felt at ease with her friendly and supportive personality.

Just wanted to share my experience of training with Jo at The Full Spectrum Centre. From meeting Jo in group events and therapies at the Centre, it gave me great confidence to sign up for training in Swedish Massage too. I know how professional and thorough Jo is and that is reflected in the course material and easy access to it. I’ve recently done level 1 Reiki training at The Full Spectrum and am currently doing level 2. Joanne is a brilliant teacher she makes learning fun. Plus Joanne is always there if I just need to talk. I have a lot of treatments with Joanne she as helped me with a lot as I sometimes am in a lot of pain. She is an amazing lady. First and foremost Joanne is an amazing all round therapist! She's approachable, attentive and gives you time and patience to give you the best experience.
I have taken several training courses with Joanne and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Her teaching skills are second to none and she is available to chat to if you have any problems whilst doing the courses.
