A well run gym with a real focus on your personal development. Whether through 121 coaching or through the group sessions, the team will support you along your journey.
The group sessions are well run and everyone is super supportive, anyone can join in regardless of your fitness levels as the PT’s will swap out any exercises to fit your capabilities.

I've been going to Wood’s Gym for almost 2 years and I can't recommend it highly enough. The equipment is top-notch, with everything you could possibly need. It's always clean and well-maintained.

I regularly attend Conor’s challenge/bootcamp classes. They truly push you to your limits in the best way possible! Conor provides modifications for all fitness levels, ensuring that everyone feels included and supported.

The sense of community here is exceptional. I've met so many wonderful people who share a common goal of becoming fitter, healthier and having a laugh. There's a camaraderie that makes every workout enjoyable.

"Conor's Boot Camp: A Game-Changer"

I've never been a gym enthusiast, and my past attempts at exercise were often half-hearted and focused solely on cardio. That all changed when I discovered Conor's boot camp.
Three years later, and I'm still going strong. Conor's support has been invaluable, especially when I was dealing with knee and hip issues. He's always encouraged me to push my limits, without ever compromising my safety or comfort. Thanks to his guidance, I'm now stronger and fitter than I've ever been.
Beyond the physical benefits, the boot camp has also been a fantastic social experience. I've met some amazing people who have become not just workout buddies but also good friends. The camaraderie and laughter during and after sessions make it a joy to attend.
Woods Gym itself is a great facility, with top-notch equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. The stairs up to the gym is a unique warm-up that always gets my heart rate going before the session.

Have recently started training at Woods Gym doing PT sessions with Ben. He’s a fantastic coach.
The gym itself is immaculate, has all the equipment you need to get the best workout whatever you’re focusing on.
The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and definitely not pretentious! It’s not overcrowded like other mainstream gyms. Highly recommended- 5 stars!!

Woods Gym is a great gym with a personal feel to it. There is a wide range of equipment and additional classes to attend. There is no waiting around for equipment or people hogging equipment like commercial gyms. The PTs and other members are very supportive and friendly and will always offer help if unsure on how do work something. A fantastic gym with great people 😊

The most welcoming, cleanest and loveliest gym I’ve ever stepped foot in. I was nervous starting on a gym journey, until I signed up with Sacha (who is a legend btw), who reassured me about literally everything. I now have regular PT sessions and have done for over a year. I’m always able to get plenty of space in the gym, the music is great and because the gym isn’t rammed it means you can get on equipment, without feeling uncomfortable in the weights area around others. This has helped me build so much confidence when in a gym. From the owners, to my PT, to every gym member, even including the cute dogs that come through the door, everyone’s just so welcoming, friendly and lovely to be around. You can have a laugh and it’s just a great space. I can’t recommend this gym enough, it’s my happy place!

Love this boutique gym which really has a personal feel to it.

There are plenty of personal touches from the coffee machine, nutritional workshop, pilates and prosecco events etc. The PT's are all really friendly & inclusive. The gym are also keen to support the community and recently set up a collection for local food bank.

There is no getting lost in a large faceless gym setting, and there is plenty of equipment with additional classes available. Really friendly atmosphere, and absolutely no queuing at machines which was lovely in January! Its also a great place to make some friends whilst working out.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym.

I have trained with Lee now for about 6 months.
After years of different PTs I can unequivocally promote his ethical stance, professionalism and his unbelievable knowledge in all areas of a health and training plan … he covers everything!

I’ve grown in confidence and strength equally since I’ve been training with him. The support, desire to make me the best version of myself and above all, now a very good friend.

Also made me into a boxer… which I love!!! Variety being the key to enjoying training.

The gym itself has everything needed to train in any area you wish … and has every piece of equipment, expertise and knowledge that you’d need!

I couldn’t recommend enough!! 5⭐️
