Our son had little faith in his learning ability before going to LLH. His twice-weekly visits to the hub built his knowledge, confidence, and self-worth. Last week, he finished his GCSEs, a happy young person with aspirations for the future. If your young person experiences barriers to learning in a mainstream setting, we wholeheartedly recommend Penny and her team.

When my son started with Littleover Learning Hub we wasn’t sure whether he would pass his English GCSE. I’m delighted to say that with the fabulous tutoring and support from the team and his hard work despite being dyslexic he passed his GCSEs and has started at college on the course of his choice.

Penny and the team are great with my son who has dyslexia. He learns so much and he is always very happy to go to the hub which is so amazing. They did a free assessment for his learning needs in English and Maths and have a plan to work with him weekly. You can pay with childcare vouchers and a block booking. He has his own work station and access to his own laptop for other work. He really is treated as an individual and you get feedback every session. Thank you

My little girl has only attended a few sessions so far but has massively developed in confidence with regards to her maths skills. I would definitely recommend the Hub to anyone looking to give their child that extra boost. A shout out to Penny as well, who has been fantastic!

2 of my children have been having lessons at the Hub for 5 years. My daughter was lacking in confidence and just getting by and through her lessons with Gesine she was transformed! Penny has worked wonders with Zach. Can’t recommend them enough - they treat all the kids as individuals and bring out the best in them. My daughter (now year 8 chooses to go).

Delighted when at short notice Penny found the time to slot my girl in for a couple of booster sessions just before her exams. As she was fully booked this was to be with Nick.
Unfortunately, when we turned up, I called Penny to ensure we were in the right place only to find out ‘Nick had gone away’.

At this point it was too late to arrange something with someone else but I was pleased when Penny said she would call me the next day as she currently pre occupied with something else.
She never called.
As a genuine review I would say:

Attention to detail 0.
Commitment 1.
Reliability 0.

I do however see the majority of customers have had a better experience than we did, I only hope our experience does not become the norm.
