Beautiful welcoming venue. Hosted with utmost care and love by the owners.
I have been teaching and hosting workshop in many different places, Breathing Space is definitely one of the best so far. Great for classes, workshops and trainings. If you haven't been there yet I highly recommend you check it out!

A beautiful studio, my first thought when I walked in was 'someone loves this place'. It's lovely and serene and even has a little kitchen when you can get a brew after class and help yourself to a book. I'm currently there for a workshop on sequencing led by Melanie Cooper and I'm finding it so inspirational and know this will have a big impact on how I plan and teach my lessons. I'd fully recommend this studio for a class or one of the many workshops they host.

Such a relaxing experience. I could feel the good vibes as I entered the building. It is a place of calm and really friendly people.
I tried aerial restorative yoga with Koosh and absolutely loved it💗

I have attended many different classes at Breathing Space over the years and it’s always been wonderful. It’s a really welcoming, calm place. We have just finished a term of parent and baby yoga and Bel made it such a lovely class with lots of content for baby and a community spirit for the parents. Highly recommend.

I am currently doing a 300 hr yoga training at this beautiful studio and it’s life changing. The studio is so welcoming and Christine and Bel have developed this fabulous yoga training which is so varied, rich and has brought a group of likeminded people together. I thoroughly recommend.

Lovely mama and baby yoga class with lovely people. Bel is so warm and welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. The class is very calm and my baby loves all the singing. There’s no pressure to join in if baby is sleeping or needs feeding. Very much baby led. I loved that everyone was so friendly and really enjoyed coming on a Wednesday morning. It’s not just a class for babies it’s very much for us mums tas well, to socialise and have some adult conversation. We loved it so much that we’ve signed up again. 🙂

I'm a regular visitor to this friendly and welcoming yoga studio, tucked away in Derby. Beautiful facilities and EXCELLENT teaching. I'm thoroughly enjoying my 300 Hours YTT and have learned so much. The owners are so supportive and organised, and I always feel very nurtured in my time there. A wonderful space where there is a real sense of community and friendships formed.
