Been with Derby Lau Gar Club for around 40 years on /off working around family life and running a business. I sometimes pop in now and then and still warmly welcome to join in.I have enjoyed learning,exercising and competing in Lau Gar and meet some wonderful people from all walks of life.I have study in many different martial arts but always seem to go back to Lau Gar because when I was young I trained hard for competition and now just to get in shape.It's nothing fancy just a good place to train for all ages...

The best place to learn traditional Kung Fu , Kickboxing and many other disciplines in the East Midlands. Friendly, professional and ideally situated in Derby City Centre. After attending for many years, my seven year old son has now started and loves every minute of the Kickboxing class.

Been training here for years. Learning the weapons now, sword, staff, nunchaku and more. My 12 old daughter goes and when my lad is 5 he will be going. Great place with top instructors.
