I recently completed the Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course at Integra Training Academy, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The course was exceptionally well-structured, combining theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training that left me feeling confident and prepared to handle real-life emergencies.

The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and made sure everyone understood the material, regardless of their prior experience. They created a friendly and supportive environment that encouraged participation and questions. The practical scenarios were realistic and really helped to cement the skills we were learning.

The facilities were excellent, and the course materials were clear and easy to follow. Overall, this was a highly professional and rewarding experience.
