I have been training with Cole for nearly 8 weeks now, and I can honestly say that he has transformed my fitness journey! From day one, Cole has been incredibly supportive and motivating. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is impressive, and he tailors each session to match my goals and abilities.

I've been training with Cole for some time now and couldn't be happier. At the beginning of each cycle we agree a set of challenging objectives and I'm happy to say we have met or exceeded them every time. He doesn't make it easy, but that's the whole point of having a personal trainer, to stretch your limits. I was surprised by how quickly I regained full fitness using his methods, and how easy he makes it to maintain that fitness (and weight). Highly recommend him.

I had my first ever PT session with Cole this week, I was there to learn some technique on squats and deadlifts. I did warn him that my shoulder mobility was poor.
We did deadlift OK, but when we tried the squats, I couldn't even get my hands back behind my shoulders onto the bar. We stopped that and went into the studio to work on some stretches and mobility.
Sign of a good trainer in my view that he didn't just carry on with trying to get me to do the squats, working on the real problem.

Started with Cole 12 weeks ago now, he’s always pushing me to my full potential and never lets me give up when I’ve still got more in me to give, have noticed a massive difference with my weight and confidence in myself. Definitely would not have carried on going to the gym for as long as I have if I didn’t have Cole keeping me motivated, sessions are always such a laugh as well we rarely have a serious moment

Myself and a friend started PT training with Cole approx 4 weeks ago, giving us a tailored plan and healthy eating tips I am already seeing results. Cole is patient, approachable and encouraging giving me the confidence to now work out in the gym on my own. His Box-Fit class is so much fun!! Giving you a good cardio workout. When I first started training I was unsure with what I wanted but knew I needed a change. Cole's friendly attitude and support made it incredibly easy to get into the swing of feeling comfortable in the gym and realising what my goals were and how to achieve them. Two months later and I feel more confident with how I look than ever before and my strength is improving massively. Can't recommend him enough!

Cole has been a great PT since I joined PureGym Waterlooville in November 2022. Initially I started off attending his Circuit & Spinning Classes which was a great way to introduce myself back into fitness and build up my stamina and strength. After a few months, Cole has now helped me 1to1 in the gym with a strength programme to focus on building muscle and losing fat, and giving me the knowledge and confidence to be able to do various weight sessions in the gym. Thanks for the help Cole and I would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a Personal Trainer whether you are a beginner or advanced gym goer!
