A great experience, Halo team where very helpful with the information and the setting up of the exam. I failed the first exam and found the examiner Matt to be really helpful and understanding, which when I took the second test made me feel at ease, his patient and expertise is amazing. Firstly the course is great value for money. The manual is excellent and very easy to follow. The support from Halo has been superb, with lots of advice and tips along the way including two mock exams. The exam itself was very straightforward and Matt could not have been nicer and really put me at my ease. Thank you so much to all at Halo for a top quality product. I can highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to enhance their knowledge and competency. And I passed!

I have been really impressed with my training workshops with Halo Drones - a really professional company, with a huge depth of knowledge and practical experience. As newbie, it was essential that the level and tone of the classes were just right for me and although daunting at first, it was all covered in a clear and in-depth way. The staff have all been very friendly and approcahable and would definitely recommend them.

I recently undertook the GVC course with Halo Drones to enable me to undertake drone operations for my employer. The course was delivered virtually via Teams over 2 days. Although it was intense and covered alot of ground, our instructor was able to make the course engaging and relevant and the supplied course material was of a very high standard. Following the course Halo were able to make a flight assessment date and theory test available locally at short notice. That I passed the theory is testament to the quality of the teaching during the course because I didn't have time for much revision. The flight test was fairly nerve-racking but Halo managed to turn it into a positive learning experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Halo to anyone who needs GVC .

I highly recommend HALO Drones for anyone looking for a career in drones or even learn how to be safe and legal when flying. I've just completed their GVC certification in 3 months and now feel 100% confident to walk into any situation knowing I have the right training and ability to mitigate risk to the highest standard.

HALO's approach to training is different from most providers in giving you the framework to solve your own questions rather than loads of PowerPoint presentations. The online course is engaging and easy to follow along with your handbook. Philip and his team are obviously highly experienced and help you every step of the way in gaining your certification and beyond.

I had the A2 C of C course given to me as a present last year and for various reasons I was unable to complete it in the time frame I set myself. I spoke to HALO Drones and was so impressed by the professional and friendly help and advice I was given. I was not put under any pressure.
During my course they often contacted me offering support and resources to help with my studies.
It is a very well organised company with very experienced staff who obviously take pride in what they do and provide a great service to anyone who wants to fly Drones either as a hobbyist or to make a living out of it. I was guided brilliantly about taking my test and had no reason to feel anxious beforehand. I would recommend them to anyone who would be interested in taking up this ever growing pass time. Thank you HALO Drones you have been brilliant.

Good training package from HALO, although a few areas in the training material need to be revisited as they contain spelling errors. The package however allowed me to prepare thoroughly for my GVC conversion and A2 CofC exam, so thank you team. The exam invigilator was excellent.
