They removed my mothers pressure pad and then reported me to social services. My Dr is very happy with me looking after my Mother as I know what I am doing, as the Doctor says. I told them they could use the portable ramp to get mother out in her wheel chair. Oh no they could not put the ramp up so could I leave it up outside. You want me to leave my £300 ramp outside to be stolen. Yes was the reply. My mother cried when bathing and having sanitiser on her hands but I was not told by the management I was told by a volunteer. They would not go into the house to collect mother even though I gave permission for them to. Seems they are happy to get the money. But not bothered about yourself or client. Oh and they wanted me to get Mother ready and leave her in the hall until they collected her. Yes 3 hours waiting in the hall for collection. That is not acceptable. Hence the fact I stopped her going. I am sure they will deny all of the above though.
