Awful staff volunteering. So rude and unhelpful. No-one should go into a library and leave feeling upset. Everyone has bad days, but to take it out on the customer isn't right.

Opened last week - times are on door - Not open Sunday & Monday - Tuesday & Wednesday mornings - Thursday & Friday afternoons & Saturday until 1.00pm I believe. Recvd., planning approval to have kitchen extension make-over no idea when complete. Organised & run by volunteers mainly. These people generated by the Desborough Good Neighbours Network. They are proposing to introduce several new themes since the release from "Covid-19" lock-downs over 2020/21 all of which no doubt will enhance our community.
