I initially went to Craig for 6-8 weeks to gain a better knowledge of gym machines and free weights. I have now been with Craig as my PT for 12 months and found the weekly plan that I get from Craig really helps me have a focus in the gym on the days I don't have a 1 to 1 training. Craig has a good style where he knows how to get the best out of you and he is very knowledgeable with the gym equipment and talks around how to deal with nutrition at the same time as trying to lose weight and also train .As a result I have lost weight, got a better posture, gained muscle ,and less lethargic.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Craig as a personal trainer or nutrition coach

I was in agony with my back for 12 months. I tried 3 physios but nothing worked. I started working with Craig and he got me back under the bar. 4 week ago I couldn't lift a shopping bag and today I was squatting with 60kg. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. My passion for strength training has been reignited. I can't recommended this guy enough. Worth every penny.

It was nice having training sessions with Craig I only left because I had to move to a different city, but now if I go to any gym I know what suits me best and how to optimally use it.

Furthermore, I was given clear and doable exercises to do at home and I developed more insight into diet and well-being.

Thanks Craig I enjoyed the training sessions and how you always motivated me to higher weight target, never felt judged despite. My non compliance to your suggested programs instead you were very flexible and supportive.

I went to Craig as someone completely new to lifting. He showed me how to properly perform all the main barbell lifts, as well as several dumbbell, cable and machine exercises. Craig combined these into a programme which suited my goals and time commitment, in addition to providing loads of fantastic dietary advice.

Craig has been my PT for over 18 months and honestly I could not be happier with the service he provides. He's always friendly, consistent, reliable, and above all he's knowledgeable.

I'm someone who likes to ask a lot of questions about why I might need to do a particular movement, why it's effective, or why the programme works in a certain way. Craig always has the answer, in explicit detail - whether it be bio-mechanics or time efficiency, he's sure to know exactly why something needs to happen in order to make progress.

I was nervous to start with a PT at first, but very quickly I was made comfortable with Craig. He's never patronising, never aggressive, never rude, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable.

I honestly cannot recommend Craig enough as a PT. I've made more progress in 18 months than I'd expect to make 5 years, he truly has passion and talent. Thank you Craig for all the great work you've done with me.
