I have been to other PTs, Beth is the best by far. She has a great knowledge of the fundamental exercises and always helps individual class members with technique to ensure that we’re doing each exercise correctly! She has the knack of making you work hard whilst having fun at the same time.

I first approached Beth when I was enquiring about having PT sessions, I hadn’t been going to the gym for long and it was a totally new environment for me with minimal confidence, very little experience of exercises, equipment & form. Beth has taken me from being a complete novice that wouldn’t venture any further than finding a treadmill to walk on for 30 mins to now understanding exercises and how to get the best out of my workouts, I can now confidently use what the gym has to offer. She has layed the foundations to ensure I exercise safely with correct form from the get go, therefore turning me from a very shy and introverted gym goer to a confident & more educated person that now loves nothing more than going and putting what she’s taught me into practice. I now have goals to work towards in terms of my strength training and muscle building, and I know with what Beth is teaching me, when the time comes I will have all the right things in place to progress with her.

Amazing personal trainer, Beth really took the time to understand my goals, and even when my goals changed, she adapted so well to make sure I was always getting the most out of it. Beth also goes above and beyond providing advice when I need it outside of our sessions. I’ve had a few bad PTs in the past but her style has really made me get the most out of myself 10/10

A brilliant and insightful trainer, she will support you anyway she can when it comes to achieving your fitness goals. She’s been training me for 3 months now and I’ve seen huge improvements in both my physique and strength. Can’t recommend her enough, even if you’re totally new to working out she will set you on the right path.
