When I started with Mark he took the time to get to know my training style, and how best we could work together. His support and encouragement during training and being my mixed doubles partner in my first Hyrox was unmatched, and he continues to do so every week. I’ve noticed great progress with my physique since starting. I’ve got leaner whilst maintaining muscle and hitting PB’s across exercises continuously.
In-person sessions each week are great fun and I haven’t had a session where I’ve not had a good laugh and felt welcomed. Aside from the fitness stuff, Mark is caring and has been great with advice on life stuff too, and has always been an ear when I need to vent.
I’m excited to continue to work together, keep achieving goals and having a hyrox partner again in the future!

I’ve been training with Mark for a few months now and really look forward to the sessions.
I’ve always struggled with consistency and confidence in fitness. Mark has been approachable and supportive since the initial meeting which made things really comfortable. He always switches up the sessions to keep things fresh and engaging and I leave feeling challenged and motivated.

Mark has been my PT for just over a year.
Started off with strength training and now he is helping me train for my first ever Hyrox.
I have gained so much confidence in myself whilst on this journey with my weight loss and muscle gain.
Every session is filled with laughter but the job gets done. He is so easy to talk too and each session is personalised to your needs.
I would 100% recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for a PT.

Love training with mark!! I initially came to mark back in January 2024 with the goal of competing in powerlifting. I got the extra help perfecting my technique and focusing on the small one percents I needed to improve my strength in my big lifts.

Back in May I completely flipped my training towards Hyrox as it meant a lot to me to get fitter. Without hesitation Mark changed my training program to make sure it aligned to my goals. Just recently I completed my first Hyrox and beat the time I had set for myself 😁🎉

Great service. Mark formulates personal training sessions and training programmes that are tailored to individual needs. During my PT sessions Mark motivates me to challenge myself. He provides advice and exercise options for me to use in my own gym sessions and physio exercises at home. I have had a total hip replacement and Mark has assisted my recovery and enabled me to achieve full mobility. I am so appreciative of Mark’s support.

Trained with Mark for a couple of years now and he’s excellent.
I knew the basics for powerlifting, but he’s massively improved my technique and fitness levels - I can even do a legitimate regulation squat to depth now!
As a bloke of a certain age, Mark makes sure my program fits me and my lifestyle and is achievable.
Easy going and easy to talk to, Mark is a superb PT and I have no issues recommending him to others.

I started working with Mark in November 2022 as I was struggling to find my way around the gym and didn't have much confidence on my own. With his help and in depth knowledge I've become stronger and healthier than I've been in the last 15 years.

I've moved on to Deadlifting, Benching and Squatting which was all new to me and now i actually look forward to going to the gym. I prefer a slow and steady approach to training and Mark gently pushes me out of my comfort zone in order to achieve my goals whilst keeping the sessions fun and varied, highly recommended 😊
