Energie gym in Kettering I have to say, it has been a fantastic experience so far. The facility is well-maintained, with a wide variety of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, making it easier to stay committed to my fitness journey.

The staff is friendly and always ready to assist, whether you need help with equipment or have questions about your workout routine. I particularly appreciate the cleanliness of the gym, which is important to me, especially in a shared space.

One of the highlights of my experience has been the group classes offered. They are diverse and engaging, allowing me to try new workouts and meet other members in the process.

Best gym in the town. Trainers here are very nice and friendly. They have always helped me and as a beginner I took advices and tips about workout and diet as well. Recommended.

Love this gym (third one I've used in the last 12 months). Feel safe, nice atmosphere. But... please sort out the heating! Kept my thermal on today, was so cold....Ladies changing room was freezing 🥶

I started working out in February 2024. At first it was very hard because I started with a weight of 109kg (🫣) and I only used a treadmill. But now after 8 months it's getting better and I use more machines to exercise my whole body. My weight is 78kg (-31kg 🥳). My plan is an additional -10kg. Energie Fitness was a bullseye! Personal trainers are always willing to help and give tips. The open gym gives many opportunities especially for working mothers.

Brillant staff when i first came to look around after they visted my college. I got shown around by their amazing apprentice and was helped with the sign up by joseph but all the staff ive seen jack joseph and sami were all very welcoming
