I attended a autism awareness course at the recovery college. I found it really informative and gave me a lot more understanding of autism. It helped the one of the people running the course has autism so she was able explain what it is like for someone who has autism. The other person a family member who has autism so she was able to talk about her experiences and give examples when explaining about autism.

Great place to learn how to improve your well-being through courses designed by ppl wi a lived exp and profs who hav training. Very welcoming, non judgmental and fun. Good for ppl who hav personal struggles like Mental Health, stress anxiety etc as well as carers. All welcomed.
