Excellent training. The training is broken down into a number of short easy to follow and concise videos. The information can be either read or read and listened to. This is particularly great for those who struggle to concentrate for long periods of time or may find lots of text and information difficult to process. I found the training very clear, informative and interesting. It is one of the best courses I have taken and it didn't feel like a drag to complete.

My colleague and I attended the paediatric first aid course last Saturday and I have to say it was delivered by Garry at the right pace and in an upbeat way.
The course content is informative and we were given lots of information and instructions on the practical activities.
We were given lots of time to ask questions.
We were offered tea coffee water and snacks which was a really nice extra touch.
We both really enjoyed the course and would both not hesitate to use this company again.

A breeze from booking to completion! 6 of our staff recently completed the First Aid at Work Level 3 qualification. The online part was very informative, online videos can be quite boresome but these were the opposite and held our attention & focus. The 2nd face to face day was carried out by a very experienced, helpful trainer who kept staff calm and engaged.
A huge thank you to Garry and Martin! See you again in 3 years 🙂
