Have used Renu now for over two years. At all times the staff are respectful of your needs, considerate and respectful when fulfilling your chosen appointment. The gym allows you the freedom to work at your own pace but staff can be available to guide and help progression when required.

This was the best hot stone massage that I had ever had. I have felt fantastic ever since! Katy-May is extremely skilled at being able to identify problem areas and treat them accordingly. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had a wonderful back massage with Dominika on Saturday morning. Dominika started by asking if I had received a massage before. She discussed about pressure and asked me which pressure I would prefer. I personally, prefer a firm massage, and she obliged. The music was gently playing in the background, and the massage was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The bonus with this treatment was.....it was FREE! I joined the gym at Renu in February with my daughter. The reward was because we went to the gym 12 times in 28 days! 3 times a week, we smashed it, so this was my reward!
We are both really enjoying the gym, and after a few weeks, we made another appointment to improve our routine and to keep us motivated!

Was a fantastic appointment. Loved the whole time of the colour, massage wash and cut and style. Helen was wonderful, chatty and worked with what you wanted and opened your mind to better styles. No force buying products which was excellent on a budget. Highly recommend Renu for hair. Thank you!
