I bought tickets to the Greenwich Observatory back in December. A few days before our visit (3-4 days), I booked a time slot through the provided link as instructed. They said I would receive a confirmation — but days passed without any reply. I contacted Virgin customer service via WhatsApp, but they kept redirecting me to the website to book a time slot again and again. I kept doing so, repeatedly.

We arrived today — and they did not see any booking under my name in the system. This is ridiculous! I want a full refund for my reservation because it’s outrageous that I have to prove with screenshots that I actually made a booking. I will be filing a formal complaint and I do not recommend this service to anyone. I had to repurchase the tickets on-site, which is unacceptable.

Partners with money-grab unethical companies such as Adventure001. Completely unwilling to provide assistance for repeated cancelled experiences - instead total responsibility is pushed onto the experience provider despite Virgin being the company the experience was bought through. Would not recommend engaging with either Virgin or Adventure001 - you’ll encounter nothing but frustration and going around in circles with no resolution.

Unfortunately not a good experience with this company. Bought an experience package through work to exchange for a selection of experiences. Bought two as they were a good deal. First experience work as it should do. The second, however would not let me book and said experience was not available, even though it was on their site and showed it was a valid selection. Tried to book throughout the year but same issues. Now the voucher is out of date and we cannot exchange so a wasted £250. Not happy at all and would never buy again, nor would I recommend.

My sister gave me this adventure as a present so I took an elderly gentleman to brighten up his life. We had a thoroughly brilliant day and we acted like 2 naughty schoolboys. The ferry ride was fun as was the steam train to Corfe Castle. My friend loved our day out and so did I and we have decided to go again next summer.

Give yourself plenty of time to be transported back in time and enjoy a great day out at the Morgan Motor Company's factory. Led by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, you are taken through the various stages of manufacture of the classic Morgan car range. Watch the highly skilled craftsmen form and build the car from the ground up as you listen to the guide's informative explanation. Spend time in the museum before enjoying a treat or a great afternoon tea in the Morgan café. Head to the showroom and buy your car!!

Absolutely wonderful day out. The Bluebell Railway is fabulous and the work they have done there is amazing. The Wakehurst Gardens were truly beautiful with magnificent trees and something beautiful wherever you look. The flowers in the walled garden were a riot of colour. Excellent.

A total pain to use your voucher. I paid to extend and switch my voucher due to lack of availability one month out, only to find my new experience had very limited availability. Dinner at Fortnum is block Friday-Sunday (cheeky, but fine, and apparently has no Thursdays (!) in January and February, and only one Monday. Skirting very close to false advertising. Never again.
