Have really enjoyed the self defence sessions with Bob and Gareth. They are amazing teachers. Perfect balance of seriousness and fun. So, so worth going to, techniques I would have never even thought of but so simple and effective. I feel much more confident now if a situation did ever happen.

This course is incredibly valuable and is a must for all women!!

Bob and Gareth are amazing teachers. They keep a great balance between tackling sensitive topics and keeping the class fun & engaging.

The course exceeded all of my expectations.

The skills I have will stay with me, I feel more confident than I was 6 weeks ago especially if I were to enter a combat scenario.

Amazing course to be on. The instructors Bob and Gareth were incredible who taught us the techniques to help prevent a situation you may need to defend yourself in. I feel so much more confident in myself and if I were ever put in this position. Can’t say how great the guys were and made it fun but also very informative. Thank you both.

Brilliant explanations and friendly instructors. I'm giving it four stars over five because I felt some of the explanations - albeit given offhandedly - for why people commit crime were disputable, and that had the potential to contribute to misinformation in my view. But it was minor in the grand scheme of things; absolutely recommended.

Bob and Gareth manage to strike the right balance between the serious side of why you feel the need to join the course and having some fun. Would highly recommend attending this course if you have a chance.
