Michelle is absolutely lovely, she makes you feel so welcome. I love her classes, as a beginner she gives great explanations and variety of movements for each exercise depending on ability. Highly recommend, can’t thank Michelle enough.

So, only my second time with Pillar Pilates but boy was it worth it! The instructor, Michelle is amazingly friendly! Very relaxed and set me at ease from the first class.
She knows her stuff and is so down to earth and genuine.She will provide equipment should you come unprepared like me and I never thought Pilates could be so tough! But absolutely worth it.
I could follow the routine as she takes her time and I melted into the floor with the cool down and meditation. It feels so good!
Great bunch of people in the classes as well.
Michelle is a great instructor, very approachable, and I enjoy every minute of pushing myself a bit further.
Can't wait for my next class! 😊

From a complete beginner to 8 weeks in, I have found Michelle’s classes to be clear and informative. As you progress Michelle explains the options for each movement to suit your ability making it perfect for everyone in the class. My flexibility and balance has improved and my shoulder pains have reduced and I am gradually getting more strength there. I would thoroughly recommend the classes to all abilities and Michelle is approachable, helpful and positive.

I have been doing Michelle’s Pilates classes for about 8 weeks and am absolutely loving them. As a complete beginner Michelle’s pace and explanation of each move/ flow is excellent. I can feel myself getting stronger and pushing towards the harder levels of some of the moves now. I have never been a particularly flexible person but can feel improvement with my stretches and posture. A lovely hour on a Saturday morning ☀️

I recently had the pleasure of attending Michelle's Pilates classes and I must say, it was an incredible experience. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable instructor who created a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.

Throughout the class, I was impressed by the her ability to provide individualized attention and modifications to accommodate different skill levels and limitations. This personalized approach made me feel valued as a participant and allowed me to push myself to new limits.

The exercises themselves were challenging yet invigorating. The Pilates method focuses on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, and I could immediately feel the benefits as I worked through each movement. The combination of controlled movements and focused breathing helped me to improve my posture, increase my flexibility, and develop a stronger core.

Also she is very accomodating with class schedules and has this new booking system and can choose from different locations here in Dover through out the the week. Highly recommend!

These are great pilate classes. Michelle ensures everyone feels welcome and comfortable to approach the exercises at their own level. She encourages and ensures each individual is approaching the exercise correctly so no injuries are sustained. It’s such an enjoyable session, the hour goes very quickly and you leave feeling calm, energised and muscles stretched.
