I have been with PussyCat Poles in Dover since January. I have progressed through the courses starting with beginners and have now begun my Level 4. I love it! I am looking forward to mondays again! If only there were more classes throughout the week- I'd be there everyday!!! I didn't know anyone in Dover before starting the classes as I only recently moved here. All of the girls are great and the teacher Vicky is brilliant! She simplifies the moves and builds our confidence in stages and I'm now doing things on a Pole that I thought were only possible by the Pros!! If you want a fun workout in a friendly atmosphere then I would absolutely recommend PussyCat Poles- bring out your inner Kitten!

I am a mum to 6 children so needed to tone up a lot I thought about pole for years but was to worried about being judged BUT pussicat poles is AMAZING in the months I have been there I have toned so much,built strengh like I never knew I could and made some lovely friends.
This is most definetly the best form of keeping fit while having fun I would reccomend to anyone every week I get excited for my Monday pole lesson.
The people are extremely friendly and the instructors are brilliant at helping you and pushing your confidence 🙂

I love going to my local class once a week - the other girls are great and the teachers are brilliant too - I feel like i always learn something new as everyone is soo encouraging! definately recommend them for anyone wanting to start pole dancing to keep up the fitness, get toned up, or just have a giggle!

i started with pussycat poles 11 weeks ago and every week i count down the days till class i would not have classed myself as a confident person i almost did'nt turn up to my first lesson but i'm so glad i did its helped build my confidence i've made friends and i've lost weight as a mum of 3 i find this an fabulous way of having a bit of me time and a giggle, i love it that much that i got a pole of my own so i can now practice at home the instructor vicki is fab she helps me in class to do my best but also helps me outside of pole class i feel like im part of something great and i will be with them for a long while yet.
