Course was super enjoyable, very interactive and very informative. The trainer Lee helped us all to learn loads of new information which we all ultimately used to pass the SMSTS course. All classrooms and buildings were very clean and easy to access. Jeanette does a great job at looking after everyone.

The course was delivered clearly. Content was informative. As with all good training sessions a few stories chucked in, this relaxes the mood which helps with learning. Lee was an excellent tutor. Very knowledgeable.

Lee Whall, is a very knowledgeable instructor who made the course enjoyable. The material, whilst interesting, could become tedious if delviverd badly and this was certainly not the case. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone looking to advance themselves and will consider coming back to do the SMSTS should I decide to progress.

Good atmosphere with clean tidy facilities with COVID-19 control measures in place. Course instructor was very knowledgeable and delivered the course well with good interaction and participation with course delegates. Would recommend both the training centre and the instructor.

I have attended several courses at F.A.C.T Ltd and found the Staff and various instructors very helpful and informative.
The venue is very clean and tidy with great facilities offering both internal and external learning / classroom areas also with ample parking on site as well as nearby. During my last course which took place during the COVID pandemic very good measures have been implemented to keep all Staff, Instructors and course attendees safe including ample social distancing, sanatising stations as well as visual reminders including wall posters and table top flyers.
