I joined Kelly for her pregnancy relaxation classes. It's such a lovely way to connect to 'bump' and have a little bit of 'you' time. Not only does she hold such peaceful, informative classes she also has this magical power of attracting other awesome people like her to class.
The monthly brunch meet ups with Mumma's are so chilled and a great way to chat all things parenthood, the good, the bad and the messy! It's a real community which is priceless in pregnancy and postpartum.
I loved the guided audio too! Such a nice extra which I used regularly in pregnancy to help relax and practise hypobirthing.
It's very clear that Kelly is passionate about which she does and genuinely cares about your well-being! Thanks Kelly for being blooming marvelous!

The best Pregnancy relaxation class in the area! Kelly created such a warm, safe environment to disconnect from stress, meet other pending mothers & have some genuine time for me in the class! Myself & my husband did a hypnobirthing course with Kelly prior to the arrival of our little girl. Kelly was informative & really put everyone at ease so that we could all talk freely without fear of judgement. The techniques learned really helped in the lead up to and during labour. I was able to adjust myself & my thoughts when my labour didn't go to plan which meant I was calm & didn't end up in any emergency situations.
Highly recommend Kelly to all pregnant ladies & their birth partners.
Also little bonus of a cute lunch from a local supplier.

I found Kelly through my brilliant midwives Juno Midwives. I'd been recommended hypnobirthing by a few friends and booked onto a Saturday course with my partner. For starters the beautiful location is perfect. You're in the comfort of Kelly's home with gorgeous sea views and plenty of tea/coffee/snacks and a delicious lunch. It's so personal you feel like you're hanging out with both an expert and a friend. It wasn't just relaxation and breathing techniques it was informative, in depth antenatal care and true empowerment. Kelly has also built a wonderful community of local parents to support each other through the world ride with a monthly brunch meet up. Could not recommend her more!

I did pregnancy relaxation classes on a Sunday evening with Kelly running up to the birth of my second baby and it was fantastic.

Kelly is really approachable and down to earth. She makes everyone feel really welcome and her style of running the sessions makes it fun (and relaxing).

She definitely helped me in my journey to having my second baby - and I managed to have a home birth with no pain meds, partly in thanks to the techniques she taught and we practiced in the class. Would definitely recommend.

Kelly’s pregnancy relaxation classes have been so beneficial for me in my pregnancy journey. As a first time mum to be, not only did the classes give me some precious time to focus on myself but also tools and tips to relax at home. I’ve learnt so much and met other lovely local mums/mums to be.
Kelly is brilliant, she’s super talented and knowledgable but also so human and personable. It’s safe to say there is always laughter and giggling at every session!
I’m so glad I signed up to the sessions and will be continuing the classes with Kelly throughout the rest of my pregnancy journey.
