I joined MiBootcamp 2 months ago and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made! I'm enjoying exercise for the first time ever and look forward to each session. The instructors are all amazing - they are supportive and encouraging and treat you as an individual - you never feel like you're trying to catch up with anyone else. The support you get outside of class is also incredible, I know if I have any questions, I can ask away. Other members are also incredibly supportive, it's like a little family. I can only say positive things about MiBootcamp and for anyone thinking about joining, do it!!

Absolutely loved the team and support provided.
I’ve joined numerous gym over the years and never actually ended up going. This is perfect if you’re looking for a non traditional gym! Gutted that I’ve not been on the top of my 6 week challenge due to work commitments but still managed to lose almost 3kilos. I will continue this journey as feel stronger and super motivated to see myself in the next few months.

I have made some great friendships and I really look forward to attending 3x a week! I have built an amazing foundation and have created a great relationship with food and finally happy with the way I look!

I decided I needed to do something that was not the traditional gym route to increase my health. I saw Mibootcamp and thought I would give it a go. I found like minded people who are friendly and not the typical gym bunny. There was no type to fit in with. The trainers allow you to go at your own pace and with the 6 week program we shared nutrition to help us along the way. I feel mentally stronger, calmer, more in control and am on my journey to being stronger and fitter (and lighter as I am 11lb down in 6 weeks) with a new set of friends.

I've nearly finished the 6 week challenge with MiBootcamp ... wow what a fantastic 6 weeks I've had ... I have lost weight and inches, I have built up muscle and stamina and I am eating much better than I ever have ... I feel good and look great (still more to go but on the right path). Thank you to the team for the super fun classes and the help, guidelines and advice you always give. I am enjoying the classes so much that I have extended my membership.

Having procrastinated for the past 5 years that this was going to be the year I would focus on regaining not only my figure but my fitness too, I messaged MiBootcamp following several posts I’d seen on Facebook. I spoke to Jo who told me her story and with no hard sell, convinced me to give it a go. A 6 week challenge, I could commit to that, it felt doable. Having not really exercised properly for at least 8 years, I’m not going to lie, the first week to week and a half hurt, getting up early, working out in the frosty mornings woke something up that had been missing for a long time and not just muscles that I’d forgotten were there! The continual support not only from the coaches but the other members has been such a motivator, and as advised I just trusted in and followed the plan. I’m now in my sixth week and have signed up to continue, I feel stronger, have more energy and zest for life, not to mention knocking off a good few pounds and centimetres. I would highly recommend MiBootcamp to anyone wanting a complete, supported fitness and nutritional programme, the team are great and it’s great 👍🏼

I have been so grateful to be welcomed in such a lovely bunch. I feel so relieved meeting such supportive Personal trainers who cater for my needs of hypermobility. They show alternative workout regimes if needed to suit your needs. This Bootcamp has helped me gain strength and also social skills working with partners and enjoying outside too 😀 I'm so happy I have finally found a place where I can enjoy exercise and strength training with myself and others.
