I completed my Mental Health First Aider training yesterday and I had a great time. It was very informative and helped give me a better understanding on how to deal with various situations and appropriate languages to use. Ali led the course amazingly and was very good at checking in on how myself and the group were doing throughout!

The course was excellent. A lot of information to take in but delivered in variety of ways including written exercises, discussions, videos, exercises and case studies. The trainer was very knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and approachable. The group was a good size and the venue was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend

I have just completed the 2 day Mental Health First Aid training. It was an excellent course. The material is very well put together, and Annette was a fantastic instructor. Very knowledgeable, and supportive. The course had a good balance of discussions, video material and group work. I feel more confident about discussing metal health issues, and accessing further helpful resources after attending the course.
Thank you!

I attended the Online mental health first aider course and cannot recommend it enough! It was a well-planned two days of training that has provided me with the potentially life-saving skills to recognise those who need help with their mental health and be able to talk and support them and direct them to further support where needed. The ability to practice conversations with others on the course was invaluable in developing these skills and feeling prepared to help support those in the community.

I did the two day Mental Health First Aid course led by Ali. It was brilliant. A good mix of interactive learning, discussions and work book exercises. It was also acknowledged that a lot of the content was around sensitive topics and delivered as such. The resources and ongoing webinars are also very useful.

Finished a 2 day mental health first aid course. My course was remote with a very diverse group of people. It was facilitated by Ali who was great. The 2 days were interesting, thought provoking but also very informative. I would recommend this course and Transpire Training.

I attended a virtual training event (MH for management). I was dubious of what I would actually gain from a 4 hour course. I needn't have been. Jenni led an excellent session, full of extremely useful information and techniques which I will now implement with my team. Highly recommended.
