For kids in need, it works; especially that it has sporty/active things like mini racing things, trampolines, ball games, table tennis, badminton & little gymnastics. However, it unfortunately declined with getting rid of the gymnastics area. Speaking, my experience of the gymnastics area was ... . I liked to make the soft play parts into a rocket with me inside - but I had to be taken out & it taken apart.

Absolutely disgraceful..
I used families in focus a few years ago to help with my son..
I needed help again and emailed them directly and Julie neilson directly. I also left a message on the answer phone but not one person got back to me.. I wonder why ? Could it be that my malicious ex partner who has disowned our son now goes there with my other son and spreads her poison?
Another charity that is not fair, just or male friendly.
Disgusting to just ignore someone. You are a CHARITY and are deciding who to pick and choose.
