I did a NEBOSH General certificate. I failed the course and I take full responsibility for that. However., the instructor we had didn't actually teach us anything. That isn't just my opinion, it is the opinion of most of the students. The support during and after the course leading up to the exam was virtually none existent. I didn't find out how to submit my ENG2 until a couple of days before it was due. It was suggested that my ENG2 should be looked at again but that was around a month ago and I have heard nothing. I wouldn't suggest that I would have passed under different circumstances but I believe with better support I would of had a better chance. I would probably of been better taking the online course.

I have paid with my own money to do my cscs card with this company. Which couldn't be completed due to technical issues. I have asked for help before the course started and the assistantance I received was poor. I have asked to be put on another course however been told I have to pay again. Shocking service, so will have to take the matter to the ombudsman. Stay away from this company

2 day training course was a fiasco. sent wrong joining instructions, then added to the wrong course, and finally after hours spent waiting, had the course cancelled on me.

No help given except a refund - which should have been standard anyway.

I enjoyed a very professionally presented AET course. All the necessary social distancing measures were in place and adhered. The venue is very good easy access and good hotels are nearby.

Basic train facilities offering a number of diverse courses. The meeting rooms can be hired for conferences, meetings etc at affordable daily rates. There is a limited amount of on site parking located to the right of the building. Get there early to avoid parking on the busy roadside
