Weight Watchers mtg held there on Tuesday evening. Facilities clean and tidy. Tea and coffee available. Also plenty of parking

I was here delivering an employability skills training course. This is a real hub for the community, offering a wide range of support, financial advice, computer courses, a place to meet people and get a grear welcome, tea and toast on a Friday is wonderful, there is also a food bank.

I have no direct experience per se but my girlfriend does. Since her boss died a couple of years ago, she has been unemployed (we are, at best, approaching our twilight years). She used to be involved with one organisation, who did nothing for her and now with another, which appears to be no different. She is forced to attend or lose her universal credit. She has to attend either here or the Job Centre up to three times a wéek, which costs 12 pounds in bus fares if I am unavailable to drive her.
It may be the nicest building ever but it is defined by the experience therein, which is not good.

This community centre is modern inside and out. It was well kept, neat and the staff were clearly on the ball with helpful directions to facilities and upkeep of refreshments for the function I was attending. Parking seemed a bit limited for the size of the space, but there are long and short term car parks nearby.

Perfect for large group of up to 100 people and excellent location. Parking available in small carpark attached for the disabled for maybe up to 10 cars(estimated) or within 10min walk from large pay and display carpark for town centre.
