Lovely staff and training facilities. They host a few friendly competitions each year which makes the gym much more interesting to train at.

I have made more progress in strength and fitness in the last few months since joining Training Shed than I did in years of attending another local gym. The Training staff are all friendly and welcoming but, more importantly, they're very knowledgeable and know how to encourage you to get the best out of yourself. They are happy to work with any age or fitness level, so don't be afraid to give them a try!! I can't recommend them and the gym highly enough.

After taking a 1 month paid up front membership in September, I enjoyed my time and left the gym happily.

4 months later in January I received an invoice and charge from the training Shed. They have started a monthly DD in the new year without my consent.

I reached out asking for a refund as I was not using the facilities, or in fact agreed to / started any direct debit.

A refund was refused.

Do not leave any bank details with training shed.

Training Shed in St Ives is one of the best gyms I've trained in. Having the app to check how busy the certain time slot is makes making sure I can get on the equipment I need a breeze. The PTs that work behind the desk also are so friendly and will strike up conversation when you enter which just makes you feel welcome.

The only issue that wasn't worth removing a star is they need more smaller Weighted barbell 2.5kg ect there's only one set of each.

I joined this gym with my partner and its great! You can always get on a class and the staff are knowledgeable and lovely!!! Great classes and lots of good equipment. Clean and can use app to know availability.
