Fantastic studio in Lincolnshire for professionals and amateurs. The ceiling heights are one of the highest I could find in Lincoln area. The equipment is high standard; beautiful colourful silks, profesional aerial hoops (thin and taped), swivels for spinning widely available. Self training available for those wanting more practice on their own. Instructors and Sarah the owner always accommodating and super helpful. 5* all around.
*I do not practice the pole hence no comment about it.

Fun, supportive environment. I’m really enjoying learning hoop, I’m far from a natural! I feel I’m improving week on week. The instructors are lovely and really patient. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love vertical joy 🙂 Friendly & helpful instructors who push you to achieve your goals. Really feels more like a second home & that your part of a family than a studio. Atmosphere is amazing always get a buzz from the pole classes.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! I wish I had more time to go more often :D. I have tried so many different classes and ended up getting bored of them. I don't with this! There is always something new to try and something to challenge yourself with.
