Completed a Level 3 Award First Aid at Work (RQF) with Amblecote training recently.

Communication was excellent and any questions I had were answered quickly. In preparation for the face to face training I competed the one day online element. It was excellent, engaging and had to be one of the best online courses I have completed.

Tony was the trainer for the face to face element over two days. He was extremely knowledgeable and reinforced learning with lots of practical examples. He has a really calm and considered style of training that helped keep me engaged throughout. The course was excellent.

The training kit he had at his disposal was excellent and probably the most up to date you can get at the minute.

I would not hesitate to recommend Amblecote for any first aid training you may need. I have required a First Aid certificate for work for the past 28 years and this has to be the best I have completed by far. Thanks Tony and the Amblecote Team see you at the next refresher course.
