I agree with a lot of comments..first city only cares about money ! Not organised well at all ! The carers do the best they can, but the actual company has no idea how to run a business or how to give the best care!

Applied to join on friend's behalf and submitted the application for care work.. absolutely and utterly rude staff over the phone arguing to speak with the applicant only to insult on having weak communication skills. Playing on a person's strengths was not looked at. First care group, ever heard of care for deaf/mute patients or palliative care. Recruita are there to provide good "kind, personalised" care not to gossip for which I agree you need outstanding communication skills. Very very poorly orchestrated recruitment process and equally poor demeanor of Charlotte and Claire when spoken over the phone.

Carers attended with no PPE. Submitted a 12 point safeguarding risks email. Totally unacceptable. When will they accept that physical disability does not remove our rights to safe care.

Great training provider, courses delivered well, very informative trainers! Would definitely recommend for training in moving and assisting, medication, safeguarding, first aid, care certificate, all great sessions.

You let down my vulnerable family member, as all your cares only cared about was there pay cheque and not what my sister needed or wanted. They don't care about there clients, all they carer about is money

I have been to First City a few times for training courses and have enjoyed them all....
