Attended a friend's wedding. Lovely function area and attentive staff. As expected the bar was rather expensive and I did find I was charged different prices for the same drink all evening. When asked about this I was told I was looking at an old price list. Anyway it didn't detract from this lovely day.

We had amazing night on Thursday at this hotel for business. It was amazing value for the night in a very spacious room on the ground floor.|We had a desk and another set of table and a single seater in the room.|It has a safe big enough for laptops. ✔️ |It has showed curtains that doesleak water 💦 when showered. ✔️ |It has luxurious tea and coffee facilities. ✔️ |It has a large, comfortable and high bed which I had to admit, amazing sleep!! ✔️ |The only feedback is that TV should be on the wall higher than the bed. As we laid in bed to watch a bit of TV, all we could see were our feet.|The hotel was cheaper and much better than other Hilton and other luxurious hotel! ✔️ |It was our first time here but it seems like we will def come back here again. |Late checking out cost £30 to check out at 6pm.|Overnight parking is £7 per vehicle.|All in all excellent hotel and experience as I had to work and receptionist turned down the music for me. Totally great experience by all team members.

Stayed here for the second time to go and watch the British Super Bikes, and I would just like to give a big thank you to the staff at the hotel, who were all friendly and professional, especially the bar staff (Maja, Ola and Dee) who handled themselves in a very professional manner especially with some irate customer which we witnessed on one night. Right apart from that, the beds were comfortable, pillows great, great nights sleep, food at breakfast was good and also night time.

Lovely hotel. Staff were really nice and accommodating; they took the time to engage with my 8 year old who was very excited about staying away for a girls night. Food was lovely! Pool was great. Facilities clean. Perfect stay! Beds were comfortable.

The rooms are clean and comfortable but a little old fashioned. it should be made clear hat transportation to the airport is ONLY available for those who have booked a park and fly package and not if you've arrived by taxi for example . There is no clear restaurant area it's just an extension of the bar

Excellent selection at bar, decent bed, and the breakfast was lovely, particularly the sausages. Best part for me though was the staff. From the gentleman who checked me in, to the lady who checked me out. Particular mention to William and Jayani - they could not have been more accommodating, professional and pleasant - made me feel like a VIP! It was very much appreciated and highly commendable, thank you. I'm sure I'll be back.

Lobby and reception are modern but rooms very old and dated. Majority of rooms with bath tubs and very dull looking, a lot of the furniture is also dated with evident wear and tear. Despite this, service is good and beds comfortable. Hotel could do with a refresh but can’t fault the location and the upkeep when it comes to food/customer service. Guests are able to use the gym/pool facilities also which is a bonus.

Nice large rooms. Plenty of parking £7.50 per night. Breakfast was very good. Recommended.
