We booked a family room for three night for the DLS Dunkirk 85 celebrations. |Arriving late at night, we were met with smiling friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the shower warm which was perfect after a 2 hour drive. |Our room was side top floor with views towards the harbour. There was a little road noise, but not enough to disturb sleep. I felt the room offered good value.|Breakfast is the usual buffet offering with plenty to go round. The coffee was particularly nice from the machine. |There's no parking at the hotel, but you can park in the multi-storey opposite.

Just got back from a few nights at this hotel and I’ve got to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly friendly very welcoming and always happy to help with directions or local tips The check in was smooth and they even let us check in a bit early, which was a nice touch|The room was spotless, and I really appreciated the little things comfy pillows, and solid Wi-Fi It was quiet at night, too, which made for a good sleep after a long|All in all, would definitely stay again

Staff friendly and polite. Extremely helpful especially David the night front of house staff. Extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We can't wait to return with our other friends. Great location. Parking reasonably priced across road. Rooms spacious and Extremely clean. Bar clean and priced well. Breakfast great choice and staff again Extremely helpful and polite. Great atmosphere and loads amenities close and beach 10 min walk roughly. Overall exceptional stay. Thank you.

Location is nice as it is right near the seafront. However, the room did not seem freshly cleaned and the air conditioning system was broken and made it hard to sleep. Also, the restaurant here offers very small portions but it is rather expensive.

Short stay 3 nights. Great location stayed before but not as good. Very basic hotel. They don't clean the rooms or make beds just replace towels and tea and coffee used. No shower gel or bath mats. Lady on reception however very helpful and gave more towels when requested. Would not stay in summer as too warm rooms no air conditioning and window only opens a little. This hotel is ok for short winter/spring holidays...breakfast average.

I requested a higher floored room as I know that Ramsgate Travelodge is noisy because of the road but I was put on the first floor where you can practically touch the traffic as the road is so close. I got no sleep at all because of the noise outside of the hotel and inside the hotel from the floors above and the floor below and the door slamming from a service room next to me despite me having the "sssh" sign on the door. I booked an accessible double room but it was made up as two singles, so had to wait for it to be remade. The panel in the bathroom was still gaffer taped up and the light above the desk was still flashing non-stop when switched on, these two problems were there nearly two years ago when I stayed in that same room, I would have thought in that time they could have fixed a bulb. The shower hose in the bathroom was leaking near the top and my desk fan was broken, the front panel was not attached, leaving the blades exposed and the blades themselves when turning rubbed against the metal back and made a terrible noise, I took this to reception and asked for a new one, a new one was provided but quite a few hours later, meaning the room was very hot due to the fact I had to have the window shut to try and block out some of the noise. I've stayed at this particular Travelodge more than 20 times and I normally leave a good review but sadly this time I did not feel that my custom was appreciated.The price of the room was not cheap and even the early check in and late check out charge has been increased (not quite sure how this can be justified,after all you're not getting any extra time) I visit Ramsgate to remember a friend of mine and to repeat the things we used to do together over the years that we visited, but sadly this time I don't leave with any fond memories.

Attracted by the sea view of the hotel, but ended up the street view. I won't say it's a disappointment but if you want to stay, you will have around one-third of the chance to be allocated in a non-sea view room.

The room is a family room with a bathtub, which is spacious and nice. However, I would prefer an armchair in my room, which is stated as one of the features on their website while one of the staff members here said it was just a standard photo and afraid not all rooms have this chair. I stayed in many Travelogues and this was the first time I had without an armchair. Although it was not a big deal, it is the part of the experience of stay.

They forgot providing bath mat (smaller size of towel). Other things were fine.

Breakfast was as usual okay.

With the affordable price in Ramsgate and not having a chance to enjoy the sea view here, I will come again!

The hotel is brilliantly situated. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rate was excellent. Would strongly recommend.
