Visited the rooftop bar for a few cocktails. We had made a reservations though there were no spare tables when we arrived. Not to worry, we found a space inside near the bar.

The cocktails were delicious. Fresh ingredients, lots of care and attention to detail.

The bar staff were attentive and friendly. Took a while to get and pay for the bill.

Will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help my husband arrange a surprise for my birthday — a room with a breathtaking view — and we are truly grateful for their kindness and attention to detail.

The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, practical, and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and we especially loved the shower glass that can be made opaque or transparent at the touch of a button — such a great feature!

The welcome was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The only small downside was a bit of limited space to move around during busy breakfast hours.

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station with plenty of dining options right nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay and truly hope to return!

Staff is very professional, hotel has many things to do.
Sauna, pool, gym, games, meeting rooms, bar, coffee shop, etc.

Definitely a place to pick if you are a tourist and want to see London, the location is central, everything is walking distance.

Rooms are generally clean.

The views are breathtaking!

They even have umbrellas to rent and shoe cleaning machine 😱

Housekeeping could use some training, but overall good experience

I had come here few times, breakfast has improved.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Novotel in London! The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options to choose from. A special thank you to Aline and Samraj for their outstanding service, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Their hospitality made our morning even better.||The view from the breakfast area is absolutely stunning. You can see both the London Eye and London Bridge. It’s the perfect way to start your day in London. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Novotel Canary Wharf for 7 nights and overall had a great experience. The staff were consistently fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional at every interaction. Our first room was spacious with a great view, but unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working after the first night. Since we returned late, it couldn’t be addressed until the next day. While someone did come to fix it, the issue persisted, and the staff kindly moved us to a new room. The second room was a corner layout—not small, but the design limited storage and luggage space. Still, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. We especially appreciated the complimentary cans of water each day and the convenient ground floor café for easy coffee and snacks. The location was also a major plus—within easy walking distance to two Tube lines, making travel around London a breeze. We'd happily consider staying again.

Unusually enjoyable stay in a London hotel - no traffic fumes or noise, no crowds to fight though on pavements, or at train or boat stops. Plus AMAZING views of London and the Thames. Easy to reach (we drove from the north east UK) without incurring congestion charges. Helpful and friendly staff and attractive, quiet room. Very comfy bed and good blackout curtains provided best sleep we've had on a London break. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is an excellent choice for business trips. The location is incredibly convenient: the metro is right next door, there’s a shopping center just around the corner, and you can reach a lively area with many restaurants in about 10 minutes.||The rooms are well-designed for work — modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to stay productive. If you can, go for one of the higher floors: the views are absolutely stunning, especially in the evenings.||It’s clearly a business-oriented hotel, and they do it very well. I’ll definitely be coming back on future trips.
