This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay!|I travelled with my 5 year old daughter. Check in was smooth and the staff member was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We had room 1209. It had a good view of Big Ben. It was very quiet and comfortable with all the amenities you may need. ||The buffet breakfast was plentiful and filled us up for the day. Especially worth it when kids eat free! The man who seated us was so kind and helpful and made a fuss of my daughter. So nice to have such friendly and smile staff! ||The location was excellent. A quick walk over the Thames to Westminster. ||I would really recommend this hotel for a base whilst in London. ||Thank you for a lovely welcoming stay!

First time staying in a premier inn and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent with the london eye a 2min walk and waterloo station also a short walk. Check in was fast and the staff were welcoming and took time to chat with my children. Room was a decent size and basic but had what I needed. Bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Breakfast was good with a good choice of hot and cold food. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are friendly and as helpful as they can be, the restaurant is really good too. I booked a wheelchair accessible room which is
1. Only accessible with assistance from staff to operate a platform lift.
2. For staff to open the second leaf of a door as the single is too narrow for a wheelchair.
3. This means you have to rely on passing guests to alert reception that you would like to leave your room so that they can open the door and operate the lift (no working intercom)
4. Inside the room, coat hooks and shelves are at standing height.
5. The mirror for the hair dryer is at standing height.
6. The curtains are not accessible by wheelchair to draw them.
7. No shelf in the shower to place bottles on etc.

I chose this hotel because it is in the centre and very close to the London Eye etc. From the underground station and Waterloo train station it is only about 2 - 4 minutes to the hotel. I thought that was perfect. The check-in went smoothly. Unfortunately one of the lifts was out of order, so sometimes you had to wait a long time for it. We were on the 8th floor. The room was very nice, big enough with everything you need. The bathroom was very clean, as was the room. If you want it cleaned, you have to let reception know. We only used the breakfast once as we didn't really like it. The selection was quite small. Tables are sometimes very far away. Very friendly service. All in all, I can recommend the hotel and would book it again.

Very lovely staff and so helpful, anything you need they are there for you. Breakfast is plentiful hot or cold & fruit with so much on choice. As we are staying in a accessibility room it is very roomy with a fantastic shower. You have a kettle and coffee tea sugar & milk to start you off on the side but if you need more there is plenty you can help your self to at reception. Area.. is right around there the corner to the eye fantastic location and lovely walk to other places and the tube is on your door step. If you go under the arches then go up the path the other side where it's Minnie pooh on the wall there is markets every day, It was so nice vibe and to sit there with a cold drink and something to eat in this beautiful weather. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful hotel we are don't want it to end were here for my brothers 50th.

Decent location, near the Southbank and Waterloo Station. The room was small and didn't have much of a window or view. The bed was very comfortable however. Breakfast choices were fresh and tasty. Staff were generally friendly and pleasant.

We booked a family room. From beginning to end we had a very pleasant stay. My daughters wanted to stay again. Everyone who greeted us was very helpful and friendly. Room and sheets and towels clean . Would love to stay again. I travelled to London with my two daughters and booked a family room we had a double bed and two singles. It was our 1st stay in London we had such a good time we wished we booked another night. The curtains blocked out the light and made sure we had a restful sleep. It was so quiet considering we were in the heart of London.

This is probably the 6th time I’ve stayed here - such a perfect location & friendly staff. This particular visit we arrived before our rooms were available and in the bar we were provided with coffee on the house before we went sight-seeing - the staff were busy doing other things at the time but made it no trouble at all to provide us with coffee. We were looked after at our evening meal by Alan & his team - Alan was so efficient friendly and welcoming - well done to Alan and his team - myself, brother and parents thoroughly enjoyed our time with you - definitely a 5 star review for you all-I have booked to come back in July with my husband and children. Keep up the good work x
