Great location near Paddington Station—super convenient for getting around. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked a standard king room, which was fine for what we needed. Just a heads-up: rooms are smaller than what you might expect if you're used to U.S. hotels, but it worked well for our three-night stay. Daily housekeeping was consistent, and the fridge was always restocked. Overall, a great experience. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is a decent Mercure property very close to Paddington station. It's in a heritage building with a lovely facade. The rooms are modern though pretty small, but that's fairly normal for London. Rooms on the top floor lose a little headspace due to the sloping roof - we had to watch our heads in the bathroom! Worth mentioning is the excellent provision of power-points next to the bed - three on each side - which is very helpful in the 21st century.||Worth noting that the hotel only has a single small lift (the sign inside says only 3 people at a time). We never had to wait for it, but I can imagine that in busy times the wait for the lift could get rather lengthy.||The hotel is connected to a restaurant, Bella Italia, which serves breakfast cooked to order.

The staff was quite friendly and professional. I found the bathroom in great condition, very clean and no signs of disrepair, which is a thing for me. The complimentary snacks and beverages were nice after a long day. I loved the convenience of Paddington station, and the park across the street was a bonus. It’s a great value for the reasonable rate and I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for 2 nights and upon arrival, the staff ‘upgraded’ us to a 2 rooms at the end of the corridor where there was a door outside. it was a great gesture so we could keep an eye on our kids. Rooms were nicely designed albeit a bit small as this is central London. Location was perfect, 5 mins walk from Paddington tube and in a quiet square. There was a small gym in the basement which was useful for a quick workout. Price was reasonable and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Very professional and well welcomed. Upgraded to a larger suite free of charge. The room was very clean and well looked after. Bathroom was also very clean. The complimentary minibar in the room was well received and topped up both days we stayed. Easy to check-in and out. Bags happily kept for us behind desk on day of departure.

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel. The location is fantastic — close to public transport and in a charming area. The room was clean and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming.||||However, I was a bit disappointed by a couple of things. The room was quite small, which made it feel a little cramped. Also, as a Gold member, I’m used to certain perks like room upgrades or amenities being prepared in advance. This time, I had to request them, which slightly took away from the usual smooth experience I enjoy at Accor hotels.||||That said, the staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel itself is well maintained. I would consider staying here again, especially for the location.

The hotel is very well located with about an easy 10 minute walk to Paddington Station and plenty of restaurant options along the way. The hotel is small with extremely narrow corridors but with rooms that surprise. The rooms are a reasonable size, nicely decorated and well equipped. There is no bar or restaurant but lots of options very close by. A very good option when needing something close to Paddington Station.

Although a very quick study in London we packed in slot. The Mercure hotel was extremely nice. Clean well equipped and quiet. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast great value and dinner in the same restaurant was excellent.
